• Manages all regulatory, compliance and legal issues
• Liaises with law firms and other deal participants, the AMF, the rating agencies …
• Review, analysis and negotiation of the legal structure of each securitisation transaction (asset/vehicle/debt sides)
• Enforces investors’ security, and the vehicle’s safety and transparency
• Ensures the exhaustiveness of the description of operational tasks and the balance of the parties’ obligations
• Supervises and monitors the implementation of the provisions of the contracts
• Intervenes on all modifications/waivers of the legal documentation of the securitisation transaction
• Intervenes on any necessary restructuring, litigation, legal action (e.g. on stress scenarios, default, prepayment events…)
