Founded in November 1989, EuroTitrisation co-founded, along with Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, the very first French Securitisation transaction named “Régions de France n°1” held by a “Fonds Commun de Créances” (Law n° 88-1201 of December 1988).

First FCC/FCT Management Company in France in terms of outstanding liabilities (over 50 billion euros) and number of transactions managed.

First to be accredited in July 1994 by the « Commission des Operations de Bourse » (« COB » was the French stock-market watchdog) replaced by the « Autorité des Marchés Financiers » (« AMF »).

From 2005 to 2008, Eurotitrisation has been granted AMF’s certification extensions to manage French securitisation vehicles (funds and companies), to operate for foreign SPVs, and to manage synthetic transactions and substitute assets.
